Program Information

Eligibility

UCLA Early Care and Education supports the recruitment and retention of UCLA faculty, staff, and students by providing families with center-based care and by providing child development information and child care resources. Faculty and staff applicants must be employed by UCLA. Faculty and staff applicants employed less than 50% time will remain in the Applicant Pool until those appointed 100% time have been served. Student applicants must be enrolled full-time in undergraduate or graduate programs.

UCLA Early Care and Education services are available to members of the community at large. UCLA faculty and staff grandparents, emeriti, other faculty retirees, former staff, alumni, volunteers and UCLA Extension students are eligible for enrollment in all age groups at the ECE University Village Center and at the ECE Krieger Center in older preschool classrooms only.
